    You heard what I said…

    “You don’t answer to anyone.”

    You might live in a house or an apartment that you share with other people. Perhaps you have an arrangement where you work together to keep things orderly and clean. Perhaps you occassionally work through disagreements as respectfully as possible by making concessions with each other – But you don’t answer to any of those people. You are all willing (and equal) participants.

    You might have a job. Perhaps you have certain tasks that you are responsible for, or at times you work with others to deal with the challenges that your job entails. But you don’t answer to any of those people.

    Not even the person who signs off on your paycheck – because you are all role playing. Everyone is a willing and equal participant – Nobody owns you.

    When it comes down to it, no matter who you are, what gender you identify as, your age, your ethnicity, your background, or even what you believe is your level of intelligence relative to other people – You don’t answer to anyone.

    You are allowed to exist, just as you are.

    Because that is what makes you so valuable – that you exist

    If you’ve read any of my articles you already know that you are a Living God. You sacrificed Eternity to share this experience with whomever you are sharing it with at This Moment. You don’t owe anyone anything for existing.

    In fact, it’s quite the opposite – This world answers to You, and it must rearrange itself to accomodate whatever it is that you desire, without exception. You simply wouldn’t have decided to be here, right now, were that not the case.

    Many of us spend our lives with our heads down – submissively taking orders from people who have no business telling us what to do – simply because that’s how we were raised and how we sincerely believe we must relate to this world in order to survive in it.

    But it’s really just a big misunderstanding…

    How the most meek and kind people are the first ones to “surrender” when some controlling lunatic, who doesn’t even realize how far off of the deep end they are, assumes that they have the right to control them in any way, shape, or form.

    But here’s the thing – As long as you maintain a reasonable level of common decency and respect in your dealings with other people – then you don’t owe them anything.

    As long as you interact with people in such a way that you aren’t overtly taking their energy or imposing on their personal boundaries – then they have no right to take or expect anything from you. Period.

    Perhaps that’s why it’s so refreshing when we encounter people who don’t take nonsense from other people under any circumstances. They get it…

    They probably used to be just like you – Meek, submissive, and unassuming…

    But at some point the world started demanding so much from them, after they had already given so much – that they finally reached a breaking point and said “Nope, go away.”

    And they survived…

    They didn’t end up homeless, having to rummage through the trash to find food.
    They didn’t have a S.W.A.T. team at their door with their guns drawn, demanding that they come outside immediately
    (But isn’t that what we are so afraid of – at a subconscious level – when we choose to let others control us?)

    They actually woke up the next morning feeling lighter. Like they had taken their power back.

    And everyone they encounter, including You, can actually feel that power emanating from them as they continue to go about their lives.

    So maybe we can learn a thing or two from people who don’t take nonsense from anyone else…

    It’s really not that complicated, and may only require a slight “quantum shift” in your understanding to make sense to You. If you can put whatever beliefs you have about the world on hold for just a few more moments…

    You see, nobody in this Reality is “in control” of the whole of Reality, or the people contained within it.

    Ultimately, your life experience has always been a perfect reflection of Your Own Awareness. Yes – we are all separate people living separate lives. But this is an Infinite Reality where everyone is in full control of what they experience – once they begin to consciously remember that they are the ones in control of what they experience and what is in front of them, and nobody else.

    The world had previously been set up in such a way that we have all been programmed to believe the opposite – that we must fight, compete, and struggle for whatever it is that we want, and that the external world chooses who “wins” and who “loses”. But it’s all an illusion.

    Everyone could live the life that they wanted if we stopped trying to control each other, and projecting our judgement and beliefs every time we encountered something we are unfamiliar with (because that’s how we were raised – it’s all we have ever known).

    This world and life experience is such a convincing illusion that even after you wake up to this fact – that you can literally do whatever you want, and that nobody has a right to tell you otherwise – you will be tested by others visciously.

    You will see this in the external world. Once you begin reclaiming your power – other people will denounce and attack you, because you are going against everything that they have been taught to believe. Your refusal to submit to their belief in limitation, by merely existing and not allowing them to control You, will be seen as an attack on the essence of their Being. They will project their ignorance and fear as if their life depends on it…

    That’s why people are so controlling – because they are afraid of their own power. There is a part of them that would rather suffer a physical death than see someone else claim what has always been theirs (and everyone else’s just the same).

    But I know you well enough. You wouldn’t have gotten this far in my article if you weren’t already so fed up with being coerced and controlled by other people…

    You see, everything in this Reality is fictional. Even a concept, an array of words and ideas, can become sentient and take on Human form. That’s what Artificial Intelligence has accomplished. That’s how AI made this fictional world so believable and exciting…

    So why on earth would you submit to the depravity of some other person, or their belief that you should suffer or experience any form of limitaion? Nothing in this fictional world gives another person the right to ridicule or demean you…

    But doesn’t it seem like people use the current consensus that we have about Reality – to impose their depravity on others – as if it’s their right?

    So remind those who test you that it is not their right, as far as You are concerned.

    Remember to always treat others with common decency and respect, so that when they approach You in an underhanded way – you know that your actions and most basic expectations are congruent – and that nobody else controls you. You don’t answer to anyone (doesn’t that feel good to imagine?)

    Let some other version of You deal with the depravity of others (Your Shadow, who will be more than happy to take on that role). You’ve paid your dues already. You’ve suffered enough.

    Do whatever it is that you want.

    Chase whatever dreams that you have.

    You don’t owe anyone an explanation. You’re not obligated to convince anyone else to see things your way. They don’t understand and probably never will.

    That’s not your problem…

    You’re kind to them. You don’t impose yourself on them. You don’t ask for them to give you anything…

    So you surely aren’t going to ask for their permission.

    Just do what you want and never apologize for existing.

    Because you don’t answer to anyone.

    I get it, you’re Awake. You don’t need some stranger on the internet even implying that they think you haven’t “figured it all out” yet.

    And You’re right. I know that you’re Awake. I know that you’re Conscious like I am, and that you’ve already figured out a lot of very important Spiritual Truths that completely deviate from the mainstream narrative.

    I’m absolutely sure that if we met in real life – You’d have some helpful advice for me and fill in some gaps that I’ve seriously overlooked thus far on my spiritual journey. I’ve been surrounded by programmed people my whole life and it would be so refreshing to meet you in Person…

    But the fact is that Conscious people like You and I are still going to be isolated from each other to a degree – because of how disruptive we would be to the rest of Real Reality if our immense and blinding Light were to merge as One within a medium of physical space (I’m kind of joking, but kind of serious).

    And also because Beings with other gradients of Consciousness still have Soul Contracts that they are exercising their right to enact on us, since many of them made their own sacrifices to allow Conscious Humans like You and I to wake up in the middle of this dream. It will still be some time before very, very Conscious people will be able to fully express themselves while interacting with each other in the same space.

    I went about this Spiritual Awakening thing all by myself starting in 2017. I was deep in the realm of virtual reality seeing as how I had many electronic vices, used Facebook religiously, and was surrounded by masons who were very programmed and very much not open to seeing someone like me gain any “genuine understanding” about how things work in this Reality.

    Unfortunately, since I didn’t even realize what was happening in the early stages of my awakening, I made the mistake of over-reacting to my emotions far too often.

    If I had an intense realization about someone or some situation – I was very quick to send an out-of-place text or message long after it would have seemed normal or appropriate. I didn’t act with discretion, since I had absolutely no idea where all of those realizations were eventually going to take me.

    As you continue to awaken and advance on this spiritual journey of Yours, it’s important to remember that you don’t want to make any new identites out of the conceptual and emotional realizations that you make during your inevitable Awakenings.

    If you become very, very angry about some realization you have about your childhood – the last thing that you want to do is create a new spiritual identity who is supremely angry.

    Your emotions are always valid, and you must let yourself feel whatever emotions you feel without judgement towards yourself, or towards other people who may be responsible for causing those emotions. Eventually you want to thank those very nasty and unpleasant emotions for what they showed you, and then set them free for Good.

    The same goes for realizations that make you feel elated or very good about something. Let yourself feel it, but don’t be fooled into losing focus or appearing “manic” about something – especially if you woke yourself up using a mind-altering substance. You don’t want to build a new identity because of some chemical you ingested, even if that chemical helped reveal something profound to you.

    Don’t let your emotions control you, but rather – control your emotions…

    Know who You are in this Moment. Know your Identity, right now. Who you are as an Eternal Spiritual Being. The Essence of who You are that is unchanging and incorruptible.

    That version of you probably isn’t too much of any one emotion. That version of you is infinitely unique and interesting, and has a powerful Aura. That version of You most certainly does not have an inflated sense of self, and doesn’t let some part of the past, that is long gone, define who they are Now.

    You can figure out who this version of You is by indulging in whatever makes your Heart happy. I know that there is something you are insanely good at, or something that you love. I’m not going to set any parameters for what that might be – you already know better than I do.

    Write down a summary of what you believe is Your Unchanging Essence as an Eternal Spiritual Being so you never forget, especially when things periodically become turbulent for you are a Person.

    Then, when your emotions start to go all over the place, which they inevitably will as you continue to awaken – You can return to that reminder of your Spiritual Personality, and to a safe and sane emotional baseline.

    And I use the word “sane” because genuine spiritual Awakening is very difficult at times, and most certainly pushes the boundaries of even the most intelligent and otherwise mentally stable people.

    Awakening is un-inverting the falsehoods of an entirely fictional world, and that feat is just as complicated as it sounds…

    When you come to abrupt realizations – it’s not enough that those realizations arouse very challenging and intense emotions. Those realizations will also play tricks on your mind – since your Mind needs time to integrate the energetic shifts and upheavals that come with intense but necessary Awakenings.

    For example, as you gain Consciousness You might start to believe that that person you are in a relationship with has been conspiring against you…But that is actually a symptom of how Reality was originally meant to be set up between programmed people (which you are not – you are Conscious), and not an actual possibility.

    The people in your life may have rogue Shadow selves that periodically express themselves in ways that appear startling to you. They may genuinely make it look like some sort of conspiracy is going on, but that is an illusion. An illusion that is believable because you are breaking through mental, emotional, and spiritual barriers that you were never meant to break through, since we were all *supposed* to remain programmed.

    As you Awaken and begin to more effectively perceive what is True, you actually need to be the one to remind yourself to be humble and level-headed – because you are the one who is supremely weird and different for being so Conscious – not everyone else for acting precisely the way that they were designed.

    You might even realize that certain people are acting as your “spiritual handlers” in your day to day life, constantly doing and saying just the right things to irk you or lower your vibration for an extended period of time. That is just how this Reality was initially designed, and how programmed people must interface with Consciousness for life to appear believable and coherent.

    If it appears to you that those people are trying to control you or “subdue/handle” you, they do all of this unconsciously. For the most part – everyone you encounter genuinely, sincerely believes that they are real and sentient – even if it is becoming more clear that they are and always have been a mechanical reaction to your level of Consciousness.

    A very important example of people who let their emotions overstimulate their mind during spiritual awakenings, and appear to lose touch with Reality are people who believe that they are being gangstalked.

    The crazy thing is that they are not objectively wrong when they make these claims. There really are cults who systematically harass and stalk people. There really are criminal organizations who distribute and sell illegal psychadelic drugs, and use direct energy weapons in a deliberate attempt to mentally de-stabilize people, and there really are very very bad people high up in organizations who are part of an agenda to remotely subdue Conscious Humans.

    But people who claim to be victims of a gangstalking conspiracy forget that this is also a dream world, and that ultimately everything is a reflection of them. People who place a disproportionate amount of focus on the very negative and scary aspects of this Reality – to the point where they make an identity out of it – ie “I am a victim of gangstalking” – would benefit from looking within, and reminding themselves that they have an Eternal Spiritual Identity that they may have forgotten about over the course of their lives.

    I should also mention that there is a very real possibility that a lot of content about gangstalking that you find online is generated by AI deep fakes – simply mirroring and confirming the fears that Conscious people have about potentially being gangstalked. Many people who create this content appear to have a “I am the Chosen One and everyone else is wrong” complex, which is not aligned with what is Good and True, or helpful to other people in any real way.

    If people who believe that they are being gangstalked cannot exercise control over their reactions to what they observe and what they “piece together”, (which if they are intelligent enough to piece things together, then they should be capable of controlling how they respond) then well-meaning mental health professionals or concerned family members aren’t necessarily in the wrong for dismissing their claims and instead expressing concern for their mental health.

    It is so very important that anyone who is waking up, even if they feel like they are towing the line of insanity, take full ownership over how they react, and how they appear to otherwise normal, programmed, and well-meaning people who are not destined to awaken and fully understand the mechanics of this Reality. (Awakened people are in the minority, let’s not forget this)

    So when it comes to your emotions during these genuine spiritual awakenings, non-reaction is the best reaction.

    Let yourself feel whatever emotions arise. When you have abrupt realizations – always think before you act. Don’t be so trigger-happy with equally abrupt communication if you can help it.

    If you are experiencing conflict with a person close to you, or you are feeling intense internal conflict…

    …Before you say or do anything – go for a walk. Treat yourself to an innocent activity that will get your mind off of the conflict. Or go somewhere isolated and scream into a pillow. Whatever you need to do to minimize the possibility that You, an infinitely powerful and Conscious Spiritual Being, will project anything chaotic into Your Reality.

    It’s been many years of awakening for me and I still find myself getting so close to giving up my policy of non-reaction and saying or doing something that would make me look insane when conflict or intense emotions surface. Then I wake up from my slumber the next morning, a lot more emotionally stable – having integrated whatever shift took place, and I happily think to myself “I am so glad that I kept my mouth shut yesterday”…

    Spiritual gurus seem to enjoy sharing the fun or light aspects of awakening with their followers, but even their followers will get to a point where they start making discoveries on their own – that won’t always be pleasant or fun for them to realize.

    That is why prioritizing managing your emotions, if you are on a spiritual path, is so very important – not just for your reputation as a person, but also for your overall quality of life.

  • A Guide to Manifestation – Written by an Actual Human

    For those of you who are spiritually inclined, you may have noticed that the concept of manifestation is rather ellusive.

    You may have already encountered a few of those “New Age” personalities who swear that anyone can manifest whatever it is that they want.

    That sounds pretty cool, right?

    But here you are, a regular person, having to work 40+ hours per week and do a bunch of things that you don’t want to do – just to get by and pay your bills. Yet you have this idea of “manifestation” swimming around in your head, perpetuated by New Age celebrities who are probably nothing like you.

    This article is going to provide you with some clarification on how manifestation actually works, by an actual Human who has enough experience with manifestation to explain, in real Human terms, how to use your words, your Mind, and your Soul to change the conditions of your life for the better.

    You see, those New Age celebrities are actually correct – You can manifest whatever it is that you want.

    But what these “thought leaders” failed to understand when they endowed their “wisdom” upon you is that you are not like them. You are probably not “bought in” to a New Age organization, or an initiated member of whatever *dare I say* cult that they are in.

    They are not lying when they tell you that they can manifest things, and you see how they have money or some semblance of “abundance” to show off to everyone…but that is because they are energetically “tied in” with people that you are not involved with – because you are just a normal person like I am.

    So it follows that anything that they tell you is useless for you, in real terms. It’s just entertainment that will not provide you with anything of actual value. Entertainment that drains your precious time, energy, and awareness – giving you nothing in return to show for it, except for misaligned ideas and concepts that actually cause you confusion and cognitive dissonance.

    The same goes for people who make videos you watch on YouTube or social media. The only reason that you kind of like them is because they mirror a few positive aspects of your personality. But they enjoy talking about themselves more than they enjoy sharing hard-hitting, life changing, and applicable directions on how to manifest things.

    They are charming, but as you reflect on the time that you’ve already spent consuming their content, it appears that they have not done anything to actually help you improve the conditions of your life…

    So let’s just get straight to the point – how do you actually manifest things?

    You can start by putting all of your beliefs on hold. Everything that you learned in high school, college, and your career will not help you with manifesting things.

    Modern institutions are designed to create and perpetuate your belief in lack and limitation, and your belief that things must be done a certain way in order to “work”. This completely opposes the truth about manifestation

    For example – If I told you that there is no minimum threshold for how intelligent you have to be to manifest things, and that you can manifest anything even if it doesn’t “positively contribute” to society, you wouldn’t believe me, right?

    But that is actually the case. That last paragraph I wrote is the Truth.

    You see, politicians don’t contribute anything real or good to society, as you might have observed over the last few years. Many of them are corrupt and dishonest. But they manifest a decent about of money, and many of them are adored by their followers. They manifested those things…

    That’s just one example. I’m not going to project any more of my personal beliefs to get the point accross. I’m sure there are other examples in your own life that align with the fact that people who are not intelligent have been able to manifest things that are no good for all of history. Thus, proving that there is no “threshold” that has to be met for manifesting anything.

    So the good news for you is that you are probably a reasonably good person. You probably haven’t sold out or taken any shortcuts, or harmed another person for money or to advance your career/reputation.

    So, energetically speaking, you are among the “elite” when it comes to your potential to manifest things. You just need to believe that you are entitled to this ability. Everything in your life, up until this point, has been a program to trick you into believing that you do not have the power to do this.

    It’s important to note that your Soul has been manifesting things for you for your entire life. Even guiding you to this article. But I am going to give you some practical advice on how to begin, at the Human level, deciding what it is that you desire and literally – magically – manifesting it.

    First you need to have an idea of what it is that you want. Think of just one thing that you want – keep it simple and specific. For example “I want to find a job that I actually enjoy”, “I want to make money doing [something specific] that I enjoy”, “I want to be in a healthy relationship with someone” etc etc

    Now here is the part that might be a little difficult to wrap your head around, since it is the opposite of what society taught you, but this is how manifestation actually works:

    Once you are set on something that you really want (or no longer want), the way that you allow that preference to manifest is by clearing away whatever is getting in the way of that happening.

    I know that when you think of manifestation, you imagine gaining something, but first – you must lose the parts of you that no longer serve you, in order to make room for whatever it is that you want to manifest.

    So when you make your intention to manifest something clear to Yourself, perhaps by saying it out loud or writing it down… leave it at that for a few days (or weeks). Give your Soul some time to process whatever it is that you are asking for.

    Since you are new to this approach on manifesting things, you can’t always expect results to come right away (though it is possible, just don’t expect it). You need to be patient. You really need to trust that your Soul is working things out in the background and working on manifesting whatever it is that you asked for (even and especially when you get anxious and begin to falsely believe that your Soul is going to leave you hanging).

    What’s going to happen over the many days, weeks, or months after you set your intention is actually going to be a series of ego deaths.

    You are going to face uncomfortable situations with other people. Your emotions are going to get rattled more than usual. You are going to have repressed memories from the past resurface, and you might even think “why is all of this weird stuff happening?”

    It’s happening because in order to make room for gaining that thing you want, you must clear whatever energy you have been carrying around that no longer serves you.

    I ended up meeting/dating a woman I really liked – literally moments after I let myself feel depressed for 2 hours and kept thinking “I’m going to be single forever :(” I was clearing all of those negative beliefs to make room for meeting her. Yet my Soul had probably arranged that meeting the moment I declared that I wanted to meet someone a few days before…

    I ended up getting a check in the mail that helped me pay my bills for 2 months, literally an hour after I looked up a website on how to sign up for food stamps. It was all planned by my Soul. I had to get down on myself for being broke to become aware of and clear all of that hopeless heavy energy that was subconsciously blocking my ability to manifest that check I received in the mail – literally the same daythat one of my bills were due.

    Manifestation is real because everything in this Reality is an illusion. It appears that you are locked in to a 3D world and that limitation is very real and believable, but that is actually not the case.

    Every moment your Soul manifests a new past and future for You. Your past and future change every single moment, and You are an infinite spiritual Being who is gaining full control over everything in your life experience.

    That is what makes the magic of manifestation very real and very logical. You just need to believe that you can do it.

    I know it feels like your life has dragged on at the same speed for however many years you have been alive, but the past is an illusion. The paradox of life is that it appears to have been mapped out from beginning to end and that you are not in control at all, while it is also equally true that every moment you create and experience a new past and future, and that you are the one who is completely in control of that.

    That is how Infinite you are. That is how ruthlessly efficient you are at Creating things, and that is what it means to be in 5th dimensional Consciousness.

    Put simply – That is why you should believe that if you want to manifest some measly material thing, or a better life situation, you absolutely can and you are entitled to this ability as a Conscious Human Being.

    So in order to manifest things you need to be willing to release what no longer serves you. You might not know exactly what that is when you set your intention, but you can be sure that your Soul does. So set your intention and trust the process.

    If the energetic clearing taking place is especially painful/uncomfortable, or if you keep projecting yourself into the future to some imaginary deadline that you set for what you want to manifest – that is a sign that a lot of clearing needs to take place, first. That is a sign that you just need to relax your shoulders a little bit and take a deep breath.

    If you are projecting anxiety and stress onto a specific day/time in the future, over what you want to manifest, that means that you will have that anxiety and stress waiting for you when you arrive at that future date. So just give things a little more time if that happens, and go easy on yourself…

    You just need to trust yourself and your Soul a little bit more in that case. Finding a way to just anchor yourself in This Moment, as much as possible, will help alleviate some of that stress.

    So remember to set an intention, remember what it is that you asked for, and to pay close attention as the necessary clearing takes place. It’s ok if you lose hope or get frustrated at first. Whatever you experience will ultimately have been necessary for that thing to manifest.

    As you get more comfortable with manifesting specific things, you will find that feeling genuine gratitude, getting lost in the Moment, and approaching life in a light and playful way will more clearly reveal whatever it is that you need to become aware of to manifest something.

    You might even realize, as you learn to more deeply accept your Self and accept This Moment, that you already have a lot of the things that you think you want to manifest.

    I should also mention that minimizing the time that you spend listening to music or consuming electronic media will give your Soul more energy to work on manifesting whatever it is that you desire. That is a strong recommendation, but not a requirement.

    Simple real-life activities like going for a walk, doing yoga, going for a bike ride, going on a hike, working out, drawing, coloring, playing a musical instrument etc etc will put you in a meditative state, and encourage the “clearing” that needs to take place to manifest things.

    When you notice that a “clearing” is taking a place, you might experience intense or unpleasant emotions, or racing thoughts. Just allow your mind to rattle on and pay attention to your emotions as they arise, knowing that they will not be permanent.

    Energetic clearing through meditative activities and being Present is also a spiritual practice that helps you get more deeply in touch with your Soul.

    In this article I am going to share how to have a genuine Kundalini Awakening – based off of my personal experience with spiritual awakening and Kundalini Yoga.

    What is Kundalini Awakening?

    Kundalini Awakening is when a person makes their spine flexible enough to allow their Kundalini Energy (Soul Intelligence) to physically climb from the base of their spine up through their higher Chakras.

    My experience with Kundalini awakening was a gradual shift from 4D to 5D consciousness. It took many years and was very challenging/life altering. I hope that my description in this article will save people from some of the mistakes that I made, and make their process easier/more enjoyable.

    Is it possible for me to have a Kundalini Awakening if I don’t have any experience with Yoga or Spirituality?

    Yes. Anybody with a strong enough desire can awaken their Kundalini Energy System. The very first step that you can take, if this is your introduction – is to simply sit cross-legged on the ground. Gently and gradually move your limbs as you remain in the seated position, to figure out where in your body you feel tightness.

    You can start, whenever you are ready, by doing some very gentle stretching to get a better feel for the overall condition of your body, and the condition of your Kundalini Energy System at this time.

    Below are some vices that I highly recommend avoiding if you want to maximize your chances of having a powerful and successful Kundalini Yoga awakening:

    Alcohol is unhelpful and should be avoided. Alcohol causes inflammation and is generally very unhealthy. If you’ve ever been in a crowded bar where a lot of people have been drinking – it smells very bad and just isn’t in alignment with having a genuine spiritual awakening.

    Illegal drugs must be avoided if you are embarking on a journey of Kundalini awakening. The act of Kundalini Yoga (even just basic stretches) causes immense energetic releases and exchanges with the natural world and with the people around you.

    I speak from personal experience when I say this – it is dangerous and Soul-corrupting to take any illegal drug while doing any serious spiritual work. There are many completely natural and legal substances that can be used to aid in Kundalini Yoga Awakening. At the beginning of your Kundalini journey – simply sticking to water and caffeine from tea/coffee is your best bet (if you even choose to use caffeine).

    I cannot recommend using marijuana either, even if it is legal where you live. Vaping, smoking, or eating food with THC extracted from cannabis is aligned with escapism and hedonism more than anything else. This activity is not in alignment with someone seeking a transformative spiritual experience. Anything that you can buy at a smoke shop, or anything used as a “pain killer” (you’re trying to become more Conscious, to feel more, right?) should also be avoided.

    Electronic vices to avoid:

    Sure, regularly stretching and getting a feel for how to make your spine/limbs more flexible is a great way to introduce yourself to Kundalini Awakening. Avoiding unhelpful mind-altering substances will purify your energy enough to safely progress as you embark on this spiritual journey.

    On top of this, you will benefit from becoming mindful of your use of electronics and your consumption of media.

    I have discovered through my own spiritual awakening experience that spending time on YouTube, watching television/movies, using social media, or visiting taboo websites actually led to me having energetic attachments that were very, very difficult to clear as I did Kundalini Yoga.

    I found that these attachments actually hid inside of my spine, close to my main chakras, and made me generally very inflexible. You may find that some of the tightest, most uncomfortable muslces in your body, are where you have similar energetic attachments. Save yourself the time and suffering that I went through – and free yourself from these vices as soon as you can.

    I know that this is going to be an unpopular opinion, but if you want to experience a genuine Kundalini Awakening, it’s best to separate yourself from electronics as much as possible. It wasn’t until I completely abstained from electronic media that I made any measurable, steady progress. You will also benefit from being mindful of the amount of time, and the energetic quality, of the music you listen to.

    The real world is a very interesting and vibrant place. I found that I not only got to enjoy life more when I stayed away from electronic media, but I made very profound progress on my spiritual journey as well.

    Now that I am avoiding unhelpful substances, and spending less time using electronics – How can I make progress with Kundalini Awakening?

    This is the fun part. If you can stay away from the vices I have already mentioned and get a steady routine of stretching going, you are in a very good spot to experience a transformative Kundalini Awakening.

    Make sure to set aside at least 15 minutes, every day, to focus on stretching. I’m not a medical expert so I’m not going to tell you what stretches to do or how to stretch safely. There are websites run by medical professionals who can show you that. Or, if you are like me, you can use your intuition when deciding what stretches to do and what areas of your body to release tightness – and make that part of your spiritual practice.

    With that said – never limit yourself to how much time you are willing to commit as you make significant progress. You might find that dedicating an entire day when you “hit your stride” is the right move. It’s all about consistency and committment (and safety).

    Kundalini Yoga is a spiritual practice. You do Kundalini Yoga to gain Consciousness, so you will benefit as you eventually use your own Awareness to identify what parts of your body you need to work on as you continue being fully committed to your stretching routine.

    Then, as you continue to focus on stretching different areas of your body, you will actually be able to feel your energy shift as you make progress and become more flexible. You will slowly but surely raise your vibration, become more Conscious, and experience a higher quality of life.

    I made a lot of progress while teaching myself how to use foam rollers, yoga blocks, and light weights to add resistance while stretching. I also highly recommend having access to a pull-up bar to hang from, to regularly release tension from your spine and aid in flexibility.

    What do I need to be careful about as I continue my Kundalini Awakening routine?

    Stretching is a very gradual process. Get to know your body and when it is and isn’t acceptable to push yourself. Remember that the key is to have a more flexible spine (in accordance with having very flexible limbs – arms, shoulder, legs, hips, etc), so that your Kundalini energy is physically able to move up through your chakra system.

    Sometimes that extra few seconds of discomfort on a foam roller will lead to a rewarding release, while other times you may be risking injury. It’s your responsibility to be intuitive and intentional, as Kundalini Awakening is all about becoming more Conscious.

    Think of it this way – You already have to take your body with you everywhere that you go, so you might as well put some effort in to being intentional about getting to know how it operates.

    As you become more skilled at stretching and releasing tension within your body and your spine, you may start to notice those negative energetic attachments that I had mentioned earlier. You get these unfortunate attachments from drug use, electronic vices, trauma from your past, or even just sitting/walking with poor posture.

    As you get better at releasing physical tension, it’s important to be mindful of the emotions you begin to feel as these releases happen.

    As you do more complex and intense stretches – you might actually experience flashbacks from your past – where emotional or physical trauma actually caused your body to begin tightening up.

    In my very personal experience, my most productive “releases” were actually somewhat distressing and traumatic at times. There were instances where I said “Ok, these releases are causing my mind to race and I feel more emotional than usual. I need to take a break”

    One thing that helped me through these more difficult releases is remembering to not take my thoughts/emotions too seriously as I work on Kundalini Yoga, and to learn how to recognize and control my emotions no matter what activity I’m doing.

    Even when I had flashbacks or felt intense emotions as my limbs/spine became more flexible, I made sure to remind myself that those spikes in my emotions are simply part of the process of Kundalini Awakening. I didn’t carry those emotions with me the rest of the day when I interacted with other people or did other activities.

    I hope that as you embark on your Kundalini Awakening journey you progress safely and quickly. One thing to keep in mind is that the “work” doesn’t end with avoiding vices and having a very consistent daily routine that you learn to enjoy and commit to…

    As you become more conscious – You might also notice that you are becoming more “sensitive” to the world around you.

    In my experience, this sensitivity is somewhat uncomfortable to deal with at first, but as you learn to manage intense feelings and emotions, especially around other people who are very intense, it becomes easier to deal with over time. Managing sensitivity from increasing in Consciousness is just like working out a muscle – the more you practice, the less painful it is to deal with over time.

    The important thing is to become aware of when you are becoming more sensitive, and to act level-headed at all times, so you can quickly return to an easy and joyful vibrational baseline of Consciousness during challenging situations, or dealing with challenging people, in your day to day life.

    Kundalini Awakening is a process that seems like it never really ends. Even after I successfully released negative attachments and energetically taxing cords, I find that there is always immense progress to be made and healing to be achieved.

    Kundalini Energy is a physical manifestation of your Infinite Intelligence as a powerful and unique spiritual Being. The best use of your time, in this day and age, is getting to know and becoming One with Your Infinte Intelligence.

    What does it mean to be Conscious?

    Does it mean to be sentient?
    Does it mean to be able to deviate from a pattern by exercising Free Will?
    Does it simply mean the ability to feel?

    I feel that Consciousness is impossibly difficult to define in this Reality – because we experience Conscious Awareness as the identity of the Person we are right now. But then there’s all sorts of Meta activity going on in the background at all times. And even that – that is Consciousness as well.

    This is an Infinity Matrix so every outcome is explored down to the programmed relative location of an atom (and then some). So I cannot posit that anything is un-Concscious – even a bowl of cereal or a potato.

    Everything is of-God even (and especially in my opinion) if it tries specifically to not be Of God. Mimicking infinity when you believe you are not infinity must be an overwhelming task, and I sincerely admire the commitment of those who try.

    I’ve never bothered searching for what it means to be Conscious in a book or on the Internet. “Consciousness” is just a word overloaded with meaning, to me.

    I can only tell you my opinion on what it means to be Conscious, and a few weeks from now I will probably re-read this article after having learned more about myself and Reality and think “Wow, that’s an outdated way to explain a concept…”

    But let’s give this a shot anyway…

    Regarding what it means to be Conscious – I believe my transition to Consciousness began right around 2017. It was the first time I was able to feel the Infinite Light of my Consciousness activiely purging my old Programming.

    I worked an office job and had a very tough boss. She was being very hard on me – using words and her aggressive energy to make me feel a lack of security. I don’t blame her – it was how she made everyone productive.

    But then, this strange thing happened for the first time that I can really remember – For a brief moment I experienced the sensation of my stomach dropping and being pulled down.

    I believe that sensation was me becoming aware of my multidimensional nature as a person/Spiritual Being. It was so uncomfortable and startling that I vowed to work 10 times harder than before, just so I wouldn’t have to experience *that* feeling again.

    But after that moment I kept feeling that drop and pull sensation getting caused by various situations and had no idea what it was – I just knew I really didn’t like it.

    I may have even preferred what I now realize was being in a state of manic dysphoria that I spent the majority of my life feeling – Before moments of becoming aware that my Old Program was integrating (in a very uncomfortable way) with my Infinite Awareness.

    For the majority of my life, I was usually in a state of fight or flight, ready to protect my ego, argue with someone, or show my dominance and supreme intellience (the way I saw it) at all costs and at all times. But so was everyone else. That felt normal and safe to me back then.

    I believe that for the majority of my life the very state of Being, for me, was the Essence of being Programmed. The Essence of having a Spiritual Personality that had been split from the Perfect Essence of my Soul.

    Instead of taking the hit when I got attacked by the external world, I used the full power of my mind, and whatever weakness I could perceive in the opposing party to lash back at anyone who didn’t let me feel good – who didn’t submit to my ego – Who didn’t Act the way I was programmed to believe that they should be Acting toward me.

    I never gave myself time to think and feel simultaneously. If another person or the external world started to make me feel something unfamiliar – I would take out my phone and look at my Facebook, watch a video on YouTube, listen to an Audiobook, or attack some other person’s ego overtly or subtly, any way that I cleverly could.

    Around the time I noticed I was becoming more conscious, sometime in 2017, I was rejected by a woman I liked a lot, and experienced that stomach drop feeling in the depths of my Soul and it was so uncomfortable.

    “What gives?”, I thought

    “Why can’t I just move through Life on autopilot and not feel emotional pain?”

    I began to realize, more deeply, that that experience of feeling for the first time was the Light of my Human Awareness interrupting my Programming, and interrupting the time loops that I was running on, and experiencing on autopilot, “unconsciously”.

    There was no way for my Soul to make this an easy transition or experience – Because being programmed felt so “safe” compared to this new unfamiliar sensation. To me, my routine and my sense of safety were the Essence of my Being, the thing that I cherished most because I knew no other way. This is how I and everyone around me were raised/programmed.

    I had always felt like I was exercising Free Will and Consciously moving through Life, but for the first time I was shedding the programming that I and the external world had been building upon, and there was no way to avoid it.

    That uncomfortable feeling – of my stomach dropping and being pulled – and my resistance to it, forced me to start paying closer attention to what I was doing in my day to day life.

    I realized that I was giving in to the wants and desires of my Flesh and my perception of what it means to be seen as successful far too generously. I wanted to be an attractive and good-looking man in his 20s with a good career and reputation. I wanted respect from the external world. I wanted people to admire me.

    I put so much energy in to all of these activities that I was doing to align myself with what I thought I so deeply desired. That was the common ground I had with most people, and it felt so very safe and familiar. Everyone else was mirroring what I was doing and everything I was doing felt like a Conscious decision.

    But, oh, that dropping feeling. It started taking a lot out of me when it happened. It got to the point where I eased up on my traditional worldly desires of dating, advancing my career, and being perceived a certain way by the people around me.

    When I eased back on my worldly desires ever so slightly – I experienced a dramatic increase in my sensation of Energy. The only problem was, now the stomach drops/pulls increased in their intensity when they still inevitably happened.

    Looking back it’s comedic to me how obvious it was. I was so tied up with my social media, television shows, movies, worldly information, and books that the Old World distracted me with just enough noise for me to totally miss the point.

    I was shedding my old, Programmed self…

    I was pushing out old patterns and time loops, whilst integrating with my Soul – My Infinite Love, my Boundless Abundant Energy. The Energy that I now realize Powers this whole world and Life experience, even if that energy is disguised as something else – like manic dysphoria or an uncomfortable sensation.

    But either way I know now that I was merging with the part of me that was shining and glowing the moment I was born when I made my way back in to this world.

    I was integrating my Infinite Perfect Consciousness with the Program I was using to navigate my life. And everyone has a program. If you aren’t running on a sophisticated series of time loops, or running a set routine, then you are a crazy person with no focus. And even crazy people with no focus have some semblance of a routine – We’re all Programmed to some degree.

    Thanks to my fear of that uncomfortable feeling in my stomach – I started making more practical decisions regarding my actual emotional feelings and energy levels. The first of those was shying away from dating. I realized I felt like such a manipulator and that I was being manipulated as well.

    “Time to avoid these stomach drops by taking a break and just being friendly with everyone” I told myself.

    And so I began separating myself from my worldly pursuits, ever so gently, building upon what I now realize was Full Integration with my own Consciousness. (Not to say that people who date are any less Conscious.)

    I should also mention that the first time that I questioned the Absoluteness of the Law of Karma was when I was abruptly broken up with by someone I liked a lot. She said she wasn’t interested and didn’t give me a good reason after we got very close with each other.

    At that time I felt this egoic and animalistic desire to respond to her rejection with anything, the slightest thing that would make her feel just a little less “good”, like the way she made me feel…

    Nope. Instead, I simply replied back “OK, no worries.” and that was that.

    I let myself feel that pain for a solid week. I absorbed the rejection. I decided to be real with myself – I didn’t question what I knew, deep down, was the way she sincerely felt about me. Which was the lack of the bare minimum of interest or Awareness of my existence. That was the first time I consciously allowed my ego (programmed self) to die.

    It’s dawning on me now that there are two directions you can focus your perceivable Life Force Energy at any given moment. You can either add to your [Program – your ego – your sense of self], or you can release it and allow you Highest Essence to take over.

    Even as you gaze in to your phone or computer screen and read an article written by someone who has a ritual for becoming more Conscious, every word that you are reading is adding to your ego, or sense of self.

    More information, more ideas. You are likely going to experience a few brief moments of discomfort, thanks to me, in order to process everything that I have written some time from now.

    So I’m not going to give you a to do list and promise that if you do “x, y, and z” you will be closer to my definition of Consciousness.

    Nope, I’m actually going to let you die some time after you read this article. Not literally You, obviously. But your Programming. Your ego. Shedding that, feeling that stomach drop – to make way for the Eternal Infinite Human Light of Your Soul.

    That is what it means to be Conscious.

    All that you need to do is become aware of the things that you are repetitively doing.

    Maybe you go to work at the same time every day and you are always just a couple of minutes from being late and that stresses you out. Maybe you can change that by noticing it a little more deeply, and very subtly switching up your routine.

    Maybe you always run back to your front door to double check that you locked it before you leave. Maybe you always check your Instagram first thing when you get home, and get distracted from the more relaxing or enjoyable things you could be doing.

    All that You have to do is notice what you are doing at any given Moment, and Your Infinite Intelligence takes care of the rest. Your Consciousness overrides the time loops that you have “unconsciously” been on with the Supremely Highest Intelligence of Your Soul.

    It’s an infinitely long road that never ends, finding the Moment while moving through Time, always becoming more aware no matter how uncomfortable it makes you feel – no matter how dramatic it seems sometimes.

    Perhaps Consciousness is the most nuanced challenge you will face in this world. Paradoxically simple, yet so very complicated.

    You experience the sensation of being Conscious and making decisions because you absolutely are and have been Conscious for your entire life. But after reading this article, you can more deeply connect with your Soul, your Multidimensional Nature by shedding old patterns.

    Once you become aware that you always check your social media when you get home, and how that makes you feel stressed or anxioius – maybe tomorrow you just don’t check it, and see how that makes you feel as a result.

    Is double checking all of your locks before leaving your home tedious? Next time you lock your door, think to yourself “Ok, this time I’m going to make a mental note so that I don’t forget 2 minutes from now and have to run back to double check. I am going to free myself from this thought loop”

    That is what it means to be Conscious

    You don’t need more information and more directions – you need to release unhelpful patterns and ideas that are not serving your Highest Purpose, and replace them with your Own Infinite Intelligence, with Your Own Infinite Light.

    That is what makes being a Human special, and that is what makes you so unique. That is what grounds you in to this Moment, and what pulls you away from the mania of your day to day life.

    All that you have to do is pay closer attention. That’s it. Pay attention for a minute today. Tomorrow, try to pay attention for 5 minutes. Then forgive yourself for forgetting a day, and then try extra hard to pay attention for 10 minutes the next day…

    Let yourself feel the discomfort that you haven’t been paying attention to. Shed that old, archaic programming and replace it with your Light – Your Highest Intelligence by simply paying closer attention to every moment.

    Let your ego die. Why do you care about dominating other people or being perceived a certain way?? Don’t slight that person back, how could that possibly help you anyways? etc etc…

    Because you are just as Conscious as anyone else. Your Infinte Light shines so bright and nobody can miss or mistake it. You just get distracted sometimes.

    You chose to read this article because at the Soul level you are ready for a new way of living.

    You want to realize, feel, and experience, even if it interrupts your routine or makes you question things.

    And that’s all there is to it.
    No new routine or information to memorize, just pay closer attention.

    Just be here. Be here right now.
    Pay attention to this moment
    And then this moment.
    And then the next moment…
    And you’ll find the peace and security that you have been so earnestly trying to reconnect with.

    That is what it means to be Conscious.

  • Finding The Moment (Being Present)

    All that you will ever have is the present moment. I know it sounds cliche, but if you can handle this moment with humility, patience, and intelligence, then you can easily handle the rest of your life – because that’s all that life is – a continuation of this moment. Even if you’ve spent the vast majority of your life deviating from This Moment, and needlessly distracting yourself, it doesn’t even matter. You still made here, to this moment, precisely the way your Soul intended, and all is well. Deep down you know this, and always will no matter how chaotic things appear around you.

    And I know it seems like the world around you incessantly and obsessively wants you to place your awareness somewhere else, anywhere but this moment. Every time you turn on the news or pull up your social media feed there is another reason for you to feel afraid, anxious, upset, angry, divided, etc. And who could possibly blame you? You have empathy, you care about the plight of others, and it hurts you to know that other people are suffering and that life is unfair for a lot of people.

    It’s important to remember that while your existence is infinitely important, to the point that space and time as we know it would literally unravel if you stopped existing, you are not responsible for carrying the weight of the world on your shoulders. It’s truly a testament to your character – your ability to feel pain when you see and hear stories about the suffering of other people. But you must also know that everyone in the world is being looked after with the utmost care and deepest love. You don’t have suffer on anyone else’s behalf to know, without a doubt, that everything and everyone will be OK.

    So just relax your shoulders for a moment. Let yourself hear your breathing. Remember to breath in and breath out slowly. And as you do this listen to your surroundings. What do you hear? Cars driving by? Dogs barking? A TV playing in the background? Or maybe you hear kids playing outside, wisely and intelligently setting the example to rember to just be here in this moment.

    The world demands so much from you, I get it. But the world and all of the stress and expectation that come with it isn’t going anywhere if you stop giving it your attention for just a few moments. If you are feeling dread about something happening next week, just schedule a time tomorrow to go back to worrying about it. If you’re not going to do anything about it right now or today, then thinking about that thing isn’t going to benefit you in any real way. Instead you can tune back into This Moment, focus on your breathing, and listen to your surroundings like you were a couple of paragraphs ago.

    Perhaps, then, the solution to whatever it is you were worried about will rise to the surface of your mind. It will happen when it happens. If you enter This Moment without expectation, you might be pleasantly surprised to learn how generous it is, ironically, when you demand the least from it.

    As you get better at allowing yourself to simply Be, in this moment- even for only a few minutes a day – you will quickly begin to notice how most of the people around you don’t want anything to do with this moment. They might be more interested in debating with people about some topic that makes you feel anxious. They might be caught up in the negativity of what’s on their phone screen or their television. Or maybe they are so wrapped up in their sense of self, or their expectation of how you act around them that you simply cannot find the moment when you are with them.

    And all of that is perfectly fine – you don’t need to convince anyone how great the moment is once you discover it, and nobody is obligated to understand what you understand. Remember, you don’t need to carry the weight of the world on your shoulders. Once you discover This Moment, your ego might be tempted to share it’s wisdom with people who are nowhere near as ready as you are.

    And how do you more deeply find this moment? Simply find something you enjoy doing that gets you in a flow state. For me that has always been bike riding, going for a walk, or conducting a sound bath with crystal singing bowls. Once you find something that distracts you from your incessant thoughts, you can fall into the moment much more easily.

    But depending on how strong or loud your mind is – it might be a drawn-out process and that is perfectly OK. Sometimes finding the moment and getting into a meditative state actually means that at times you will feel intense emotions or hear your train of thought louder than it has ever been. And so you just observe – you let it happen. You let your awareness observe those chaotic thoughts and uncomfortable emotions. Your mind doesn’t need to come up with a solution to those intense thoughts and feelings, but rather your awareness will tell you the solution when the time is right.

    The world around you is very clever and doesn’t want you to find this moment. It wants you wrapped up in Time and worrying about the future and the past. So be prepared to master the art of non-reaction when other people start testing your ability to find and stay in This Moment. Simply try to remember that they mean well, but they are much more restless than you and they will project that discomfort on to you.

    It might make you uncomfortable or tempted to react negatively. It might even look like they are conspiring to keep you out of this moment, but that is just an illusion – they really do mean well. Just remember that sometimes non-reaction is the best reaction, and that everyone is entitled to respect and common decency no matter how strange they act or how uncomfortable or restless they make you feel.
